The "Moonhaven KinderClub" is a small Nanny-based occasional childcare Service in Stephens City, VA that follows the free-range learning philosophy. Our KinderClub is inspired by the Montessori, Waldorf and Reggio Emilia philosophies as well as the German forest schools (Waldkindergarten). We offer intentional quality time for children ages 3-12 years old and for a small group of up to 4 children/day. During our after school & weekend program children have the opportunity to play, create, and learn in a natural setting, surrounded by the beauty of our little homestead. The "Moonhaven KinderClub" is one of the best examples of childcare that fosters outdoor play, creativity, and curiosity.
